Responsibilities
- Develop, code, enhance, and implement custom SAP ABAP solutions for HANA and S/4HANA.
- Collaborate with design teams on development solutions, clarifications, and functional design completion.
- Review functional designs and confirm that proposed solutions meet requirements using available technology platforms.
- Lead developers during the build phase and report build status to clients or account leads.
- Collaborate with and manage teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while ensuring applications meet required standards and functionality.
- Facilitate training sessions and mentor junior team members.
- Monitor project progress and implement adjustments to meet deadlines.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of overall SAP ABAP development experience.
- At least 3 years of S/4HANA ABAP development experience, with the role description also citing at least 4 years working with design teams on S/4HANA ABAP solutions.
- Strong proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA, CDS Views, CDS Entities, OData, and the RAP Framework.
- Experience with the SAP HANA database and its functionality.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Implementation experience greater than AMS experience.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
