Base Salary
$113k - $222k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, write, and maintain automated test suites and test plans covering agent behavior, tool use, and outputs.
- Perform manual and exploratory testing of new agent capabilities to identify edge cases and failure modes.
- Investigate test failures and reported bugs, isolate root causes, and collaborate with engineers to reproduce, document, and resolve issues.
- Partner with the Agent Evals team to close coverage gaps and improve the reliability of quality signals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Several years of experience in quality engineering, test automation, or QA, ideally with complex and evolving software.
- Hands-on experience writing automated tests and test frameworks.
- Knowledge of test design fundamentals, including coverage, edge cases, and regression risk.
- Ability to investigate bugs and failures across a software stack and identify root causes.
- Familiarity with testing LLM-based or agentic systems.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving and ambiguous environment with evolving technology and user expectations.
