Base Salary
$132k - $207k/yr
Responsibilities
- Coordinate software testing and project activities for global web and mobile releases.
- Triage issues with development teams, perform root cause analysis, and confirm fixes.
- Define new tests and improve existing test plans.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Java, TestNG, and Selenium for frontend, services, database, and AEM components.
- Create and improve stable, reusable, and flexible automation frameworks.
- Improve continuous integration workflows covering builds, compilation, testing, validation, scheduling, notifications, and deployments.
- Collaborate with globally distributed teams through reviews and meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in a related field.
- At least 4 years of hands-on testing experience in an embedded software stack.
- Hands-on experience with AEM components and authoring and publishing testing.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, ReactJS, and debugging methodologies.
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Git and Perforce.
- Strong technical understanding of embedded systems, orchestration and automation systems, data centers, and cloud architecture.
- Ability to manage priorities, demonstrate leadership, communicate effectively, and work in dynamic environments.
- Advanced degrees or equivalent experience, and knowledge of Selenium, TestNG, Maven, Jenkins, databases, web services, JMeter, and Java are preferred.
- Knowledge of AI and deep learning frameworks and experience building QA automation AI workflows with ChatGPT, Claude, and Cursor are preferred.
