Responsibilities
- Analyze software requirements, technology architectures, system interdependencies, and application stacks.
- Design, develop, execute, and report automated tests for functional, regression, performance, and non-functional requirements.
- Build, improve, and maintain reusable automation frameworks and libraries across technology stacks and business lines.
- Develop automated validation processes, test cases, scenarios, usage cases, and testing tools.
- Track defects, resolutions, bug fixes, coverage metrics, deployment risks, and mitigation activities.
- Collaborate with development teams, project managers, business subject matter experts, testers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Support continuous deployment practices by developing strategies, formalizing processes, and providing tools.
- Perform backend/database programming for key projects and document automation processes according to Wipro guidelines.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory experience in Salesforce QA Automation.
- Experience designing and executing automated testing tools and software validation processes.
- Ability to create test plans, technical specifications, test cases, acceptance criteria, and automation backlogs.
- Ability to perform backend/database programming for key projects.
- Ability to communicate effectively with test personnel, users, developers, clients, and business stakeholders.
