Base Salary
$160k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Ship AI-powered features including assisted requirement drafting, consistency checks, impact analysis, and intelligent suggestions.
- Contribute to agentic workflows that help engineers explore designs, simulate changes, and validate requirements.
- Develop complete features across backend services, APIs, and UI.
- Build supporting infrastructure including data pipelines, evaluation harnesses, prompt and model management, and observability.
- Work directly with customers, observe product usage, and iterate on solutions.
- Learn the domain of hardware requirements engineering.
Requirements
- Less than two years of engineering experience.
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, and programming.
- Demonstrated ability to build real software through internships, research, open source, or personal projects.
- Some exposure to modern LLM tooling through coursework, side projects, or internships; production AI experience is not required.
- Clear communication and a pragmatic, customer-minded approach to problem solving.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-moving environment.
