Responsibilities
- Design and develop platform services for AI agents, including orchestration and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate daily with US counterparts to align on architecture and share roadmaps.
- Build scalable APIs and reusable components for secure AI agent deployment.
- Contribute to monitoring and governance features for safe AI adoption.
- Partner with Applied AI engineers and product managers to support real-world use cases.
- Mentor engineers within the India team to enhance technical craftsmanship.
- Stay current with advances in agentic AI and enterprise AI infrastructure.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in AI/ML platforms.
- 5+ years of experience in Python, with knowledge of Java, Node.js, or Go.
- 3+ years of experience with modern front-end frameworks and accessibility principles.
- Expertise in AI agent frameworks, orchestration systems, and monitoring/observability.
- Strong background in distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms.
- Experience building secure infrastructure for AI or ML workloads.
- Ability to influence architecture decisions and align with a global team.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively across time zones.
