Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and scale UI and API test automation frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, Java, TypeScript, and Cucumber BDD.
- Validate core banking, middle-office, order-processing, payment, and lending platforms, including Flexcube and NEFT-RTGS workflows.
- Integrate automated regression suites into Jenkins, GitHub, and Bitbucket CI/CD pipelines.
- Inspect Unix server logs, execute SQL queries, and use Postman or JMeter to verify end-to-end data integrity.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams in Agile sprints and mentor junior QA engineers.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of Quality Engineering experience, including at least 5 years in the BFSI or financial services domain.
- Proficiency with Playwright, Selenium WebDriver, Java, TypeScript, Cucumber BDD, and JUnit or TestNG.
- Experience with Jenkins, Git or GitHub or Bitbucket, Jira, Postman, SQL, and Unix-Linux environments.
- Strong knowledge of core banking systems such as Flexcube, middle-office or order processing, retail or MSME loans, and payment processing.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Experience with GitHub Copilot in VS Code and certifications in Agile/Scrum, Playwright, or ISTQB are preferred.
