Responsibilities
- Advise customers on maximising returns from their Microsoft Dynamics investments.
- Build long-term client relationships and understand client business strategies, programme requirements, and processes.
- Demonstrate future-state solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CE365/CRM and related applications.
- Design bespoke solutions and develop approaches to improve or replace existing business processes.
- Document programme solution designs and review functional specifications for complex clients and integrations.
- Act as the single-point design authority between solution architects.
- Guide client programme directors and project managers and keep them informed.
- Share knowledge with project team members and other consultants.
- Execute responsibilities consistently with Hitachi Solutions Europe’s Quality Management Policy.
Requirements
- Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CE365/CRM solutions and integrations.
- Experience developing customised solutions for complex business problems.
- Demonstrable programme-level solution architect experience.
- Strong working knowledge of solution and integration design.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications.
- Excellent documentation, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to structure operational change, multitask, prioritise, and maintain attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel to client and company offices across Europe.
