Responsibilities
- Lead global SAP application development deals and own end-to-end solutioning and bid responses.
- Shape solution strategy with account teams, sales, partners, clients, and subject-matter experts.
- Translate client requirements into solution designs, methodologies, estimates, costs, and commercial offers.
- Present and defend solutions in internal and client meetings, oral presentations, and workshops.
- Drive SAP S/4HANA on-premise and cloud adoption and demonstrate business value through digital transformation.
- Provide solution and delivery assurance, expert support to capability and center-of-excellence teams, and account-level innovation leadership.
- Mentor architects and strengthen solutioning through industrialization, reuse, and automation.
Requirements
- 12+ years of SAP experience with deep expertise in at least one area such as FICO, O2C, P2P, SCM, or CRM, plus SAP integration and presales experience.
- Experience as a presales solution architect leading strategic SAP deals above €10M, including requirements, design, estimation, costing, and commercial offers.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in a core SAP module or technical stream.
- 5–7 years of customer-facing SAP delivery management experience, including leadership of €3M–€10M projects.
- Experience with SAP implementation, migration, upgrades, sizing, architecture, configuration, and operation of SAP S/4HANA.
- Broad functional understanding, deep process expertise in one area, and sector knowledge in Manufacturing, Retail, CPG, or Life Sciences.
- Strong business-value orientation, English communication, senior-client engagement, stakeholder management, and experience with multicultural global delivery teams.
- Additional European languages and industry-event experience are advantageous.
