Base Salary

$80k - $120k/yr

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain APIs and microservices that support scalable functionality and integrations.
Develop across the full stack using Angular for frontend work and Go for backend services.
Optimize cloud infrastructure for efficient scaling.
Integrate generative AI capabilities into agency management software.
Evaluate priorities, technical options, and tradeoffs to guide development decisions.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver features.
Develop and maintain unit and integration tests to support software reliability.

Requires 0–4 years of experience in software engineering roles using modern architectures and frameworks.
Requires proficiency in a reactive JavaScript framework such as Angular, React, or Vue.
Requires backend development experience with technologies such as Go, Node.js, or Python.
Requires experience with PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
Requires familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools.
Requires strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and independent-work skills.
Preferred qualifications include knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
Healthcare experience and familiarity with HL7 and FHIR interoperability standards are preferred.
Must be willing to explore and responsibly adopt AI tools.
