Base Salary

$140k - $160k/yr

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain APIs and microservices for scalable functionality and integrations.
Develop full-stack features using Angular and Go while optimizing cloud infrastructure for scale.
Mentor software engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote technical excellence.
Integrate generative AI capabilities into agency management software.
Evaluate technical priorities, options, and tradeoffs to guide development decisions.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver features.
Develop and maintain unit and integration tests.
Travel 5–10%, including overnight domestic and international travel.

4–8 years of experience in software engineering roles using modern architectures and frameworks.
Proficiency with a reactive JavaScript framework such as Angular, React, or Vue.
Backend development experience with Go, NodeJS, or Python; Go is strongly preferred.
Proficiency with PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools, high-performance SaaS solutions, microservices, and serverless architectures.
Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence is a plus.
Healthcare experience and familiarity with HL7 and FHIR interoperability standards are a plus.
