Responsibilities
- Collaborate with integration consultants to understand client integration needs.
- Design, develop, and implement custom integration solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to integration consultants and clients.
- Utilize technical skills to advise on optimal use of open REST APIs.
- Develop integration solutions using APIs, connectors, and data transformation techniques.
- Work with engineering and product teams to prioritize client integration requirements.
- Ensure reliability, security, and performance of integration solutions through rigorous testing.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation.
- Communicate project status and technical details to internal teams and clients.
- Assist in debugging and resolving technical issues during integration.
- Provide ongoing technical support to ensure smooth client integration projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless project delivery.
- Participate in project planning, scope definition, and schedule management.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software development experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- Ability to organize and consolidate client data from various formats and applications.
- Proficiency in programming languages (JavaScript), APIs, middleware platforms, and data transformation.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Detail-oriented with project management skills involving external and internal stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Critical thinking and ability to work independently for clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptability to changing project requirements and effective teamwork.
