Responsibilities
- Develop and implement test plans, strategies, and documentation.
- Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts and suites.
- Identify, report, track, and analyze defects, including root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve product quality.
- Monitor testing progress and communicate updates and results.
- Participate in code and documentation reviews and inspections.
- Improve testing processes, frameworks, tools, and techniques.
- Stay current with testing industry advancements and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience, or equivalent work experience providing exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in web automation testing.
- Hands-on experience with the Playwright test automation framework.
- Strong programming skills in TypeScript and/or JavaScript for test automation.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and their integration with automated testing workflows.
- Good communication and collaboration skills for working with engineering teams, project teams, and stakeholders.
