Responsibilities
- Build net-new self-serve experiences for product growth.
- Evolve underlying systems and integrations that support product growth.
- Drive rapid experimentation and feedback loops across B2B product suites.
- Serve as the technical DRI for new growth capabilities.
- Own architectural decisions and ensure cohesive execution across teams.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to experimentation fluency across the organization.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software development experience in a production SaaS environment.
- Hands-on experience building and evolving experimentation platforms.
- Proven ability to design scalable instrumentation strategies.
- Experience leading cross-team technical initiatives.
- Proficiency in Go programming language.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
