Responsibilities
- Translate business and user requirements into technical requirements, system designs, flowcharts, and implementation specifications.
- Develop, compile, test, refine, and maintain software code and databases.
- Install environments, deploy applications, support integration and testing, and resolve program and data issues.
- Support production implementations and maintain solutions according to defined service-level agreements.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD automation, deployment and release processes, operational documentation, and task descriptions.
- Collaborate with Platform Specialists, developers, IT programmers, clients, and geographically distributed teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or a related field.
- Relevant experience in software development and support.
- Experience deploying software solutions to clients in an outsourced or similar IT environment.
- Relevant programming and development experience and experience working across multiple teams and geographies.
- Knowledge of multi-technology application design, platform engineering, application environments, and deployment and release management.
- Developing knowledge of automation tooling, source code repositories, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, client-service, teamwork, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Relevant DevOps, cloud-platform, scripting/programming-language, and Agile-related certifications are preferred.
