Responsibilities
- Design and manage technical solutions while driving transformation, innovation, performance improvement, and future-state architecture.
- Lead and guide PODs and module or project delivery from estimation and planning through production rollout.
- Build, maintain, troubleshoot, and support scalable, reusable, modular, and supportable full-stack software.
- Review deliverables, ensure product quality, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
- Automate DevOps processes and procedures and collaborate with end-to-end and global teams on strategic solutions.
- Manage stakeholder interactions and contribute to building a strong technical team.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with React, Core Java, Java 8, Spring Boot, microservices, and JUnit.
- Strong hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitHub, Splunk, Maven, SonarQube, Checkmarks, and AppDynamics.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS, and TypeScript.
- Application troubleshooting experience and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a DevOps and Agile model and delivering modular, extensible code.
- Experience leading a module or project end to end, including estimation, planning, and delivery.
- Good knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, AWS, or GCP.
- Exposure to the banking domain and strong verbal and written communication skills for working with global teams.
- Good interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
