Responsibilities
- Design internet-scale, high-performance infrastructure.
- Develop, deploy, and maintain new product features end to end.
- Own the technical scope of the domain and raise engineering quality.
- Collaborate on roadmapping and drive key technical decisions.
- Own large cross-functional initiatives from conception through delivery.
- Work closely with the CTO, founders, and Software & ML teams.
- Conduct code reviews and foster knowledge sharing across the team.
Requirements
- At least six years of backend experience building and operating large-scale distributed systems.
- Experience optimizing systems for performance and compute efficiency.
- Experience with or strong curiosity about AI technologies.
- Solid understanding of infrastructure and CI/CD best practices.
- Ability to work autonomously, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
