Responsibilities
- Build architectural and UI features for Qonto’s iOS banking application.
- Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, product managers, and other cross-functional partners.
- Solve real-time synchronization challenges and lead new technical initiatives.
- Maintain code quality through refactoring, unit testing, code reviews, and organized workflows.
- Contribute to a focused product squad with ownership of a defined product scope.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a mobile engineer with strong Swift skills and deep knowledge of the iOS ecosystem, SDK, and development lifecycle.
- Strong commitment to engineering best practices, including unit testing, clean code, SOLID principles, and organized workflows.
- Pragmatic, solution-oriented problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver value in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent English, and experience collaborating with technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Curiosity, proactivity, and a growth mindset focused on learning and serving a large customer base.
