Responsibilities
- Build and improve GoTo’s internal multi-model AI assistant, including agents, automations, and MCP tool integrations.
- Design and build an authenticated internal MCP Marketplace for Claude, Copilot, and other AI clients across the company.
- Develop internal AI tools and drive AI adoption across engineering through demonstrations and technical enablement.
- Partner with the AI Enablement team to ship AI-powered features end to end and support company-wide AI tool adoption.
- Collaborate with product, design, operations, business, and engineering stakeholders.
- Champion new technologies by running demos, writing internal guides, and encouraging new ways of working.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript and React for production web applications.
- Experience building or integrating LLM-powered products such as chat interfaces, agents, and MCP servers or tool integrations.
- Familiarity with OAuth, integration platforms, and API design; Go experience is a plus.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and Cursor, including for agentic features.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to build relationships with product, design, operations, and business stakeholders.
- Ability to promote and evangelize new technologies through demonstrations, internal documentation, and organizational enablement.
- French knowledge is required for permanent positions in Quebec, and English fluency is required to communicate with primarily non-Quebec colleagues, customers, and partners.
