Responsibilities
- Design and configure scalable UKG Pro WFM solutions for Timekeeping, Attendance, Accruals, and related modules.
- Translate business requirements into sustainable technical designs and configurations.
- Develop and maintain reliable data exchanges across HR, Payroll, and enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Lead and participate in full-lifecycle delivery across design, build, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Support global rollouts and platform enhancements across multiple regions and business units.
- Drive automation, standardization, continuous improvement, and reuse of proven solutions.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Product, IT, and Technology stakeholders to align solutions with business outcomes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship and contribute to global standards, governance, and best practices.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience is required; the role typically reflects 5 or more years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience with UKG Pro WFM development and configuration is preferred.
- UKG Pro Timekeeping certification is preferred.
- Hands-on expertise with UKG Pro Timekeeping modules, including Boomi integrations, Timekeeping, Attendance, Accruals, and Attestation, is preferred.
- Agile project management experience is preferred.
