Base Salary

$171k - $390k/yr

Responsibilities

Lead delivery or solutioning for Microsoft Enterprise Platform engagements across AI, security, and cloud.
Design and implement enterprise-scale Microsoft solutions aligned with business outcomes.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across security, identity, data, and cloud architecture.
Collaborate across sales, architecture, and delivery teams to drive client outcomes.
Build and scale Microsoft solution offerings, consulting capabilities, and teams.
Lead complex transformation programs, enterprise-scale delivery engagements, governance, and quality standards.
Design end-to-end Azure, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Security, data, and AI platform solutions.
Support deal shaping, proposals, RFP responses, executive presentations, and go-to-market strategy.
Translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable and secure architectures.
Build, mentor, and lead high-performing consulting teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud, AI, or enterprise technology.
Experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Security, AI, or Dynamics.
Demonstrated experience across both sales activities such as pre-sales, proposals, and solutioning and delivery activities such as execution and program leadership.
Experience supporting solutioning, proposals, or pre-sales activities in complex Microsoft environments.
Strong client-facing consulting experience managing senior stakeholders.
Preferred Microsoft certifications in Azure, Security, AI, or Copilot-related areas.
Preferred cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP.
Preferred experience building or scaling practices, offerings, or teams.
Preferred familiarity with NIST, ISO, MITRE, or Zero Trust architectures.
Preferred experience supporting AI, data modernization, or cloud transformation initiatives.
Willingness to travel approximately 40–50%, depending on client and engagement needs.
