Base Salary
$204k - $259k/yr
Responsibilities
- Report to the Head of ML Frameworks & Efficiency.
- Develop core training systems for RL techniques at scale.
- Collaborate to integrate rollout strategies and RL algorithms.
- Improve the RL training pipeline for efficiency and scalability.
- Build evaluations and analyze experimental results.
- Stay current with research in RL and related models.
Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science, Math, or 8+ years of equivalent experience.
- Proficient in distributed systems design with ML efficiency understanding.
- Experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, JAX, and XLA.
- Solid programming skills in Python and C++.
- Familiarity with profiling tools to identify performance bottlenecks.
