Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end software solutions for customers.
- Understand customer pain points and scope product specifications.
- Ship solutions that close deals and activate accounts.
- Generalize custom work into scalable platform features.
- Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success throughout the product lifecycle.
