Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build and automate revenue-generating pipelines from lead generation to closed-won revenue.
- Develop a rep tooling layer to enhance sales efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to identify and resolve growth bottlenecks.
- Maintain clean data and ensure smooth system operations.
- Prototype, test, and implement new tools and automations.
- Identify and create necessary systems for future growth.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical, operations, or growth role.
- Strong interest in the business aspects of engineering problems.
- Familiarity with modern go-to-market strategies and concepts.
- Ability to work independently and propose solutions proactively.
- Experience in writing functional code that can be quickly iterated upon.
- Fluency with modern tools and technologies.
