Base Salary
$147k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write product or system development code for Google Maps Platform.
- Participate in or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to select technologies.
- Review other developers’ code and provide feedback on style, accuracy, testability, efficiency, and best practices.
- Contribute to and update documentation or educational content based on product updates and user feedback.
- Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues by analyzing impacts on hardware, networks, services, and quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of software development programming experience with Swift and TypeScript.
- At least 2 years of iOS mobile application development experience.
- Experience with UI development frameworks such as SwiftUI or Jetpack Compose, or with SDK development.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: experience developing accessible technologies.
- Preferred: experience developing across multiple mobile platforms, including Android development.
Benefits
- US base salary of $147000-$210000 annually, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
