Base Salary
$114k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate frontend, backend, API, and data-layer solutions across the full stack.
- Build user-facing dashboards, interfaces, and APIs, including those supporting AI-driven applications.
- Ensure application performance, security, and scalability using modern frameworks, cloud platforms, and containerized environments.
- Apply AI/ML concepts, models, pipelines, tools, and techniques to build and integrate practical solutions.
- Build and configure Model Context Protocol tools and integrate them with existing systems and workflows.
- Contribute ideas for innovation and continuous improvement in AI capabilities while collaborating across engineering, product, and business teams.
- Present technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences and prepare technical documentation, proofs of concept, and reports.
Requirements
- Strong technical expertise in full stack development and experience designing and delivering scalable end-to-end systems.
- Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts, models, and pipelines, with hands-on experience building or experimenting with AI/ML components.
- Ability to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems and workflows and apply best practices for model usage, testing, and deployment.
- Experience with modern frameworks, cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, and containerized environments.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts and recommendations to varied audiences.
