Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain in-house Securities Borrowing & Lending platforms and related services.
- Deliver server-side and client-side features and enhancements using C# and .NET Core or .NET Framework.
- Collaborate with developers, product stakeholders, trading, operations, and users to clarify requirements and prioritize work.
- Build and maintain automated unit and integration tests and support UAT and business testing.
- Participate in code reviews, engineering standards, and improvements to code quality, reliability, and development practices.
- Support production systems through troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and incident remediation.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in C# with hands-on server-side and client-side experience using .NET Core and/or .NET Framework.
- Working knowledge of AWS, including EKS, EC2, S3, SQS, and SNS.
- Strong SQL skills; Microsoft SQL Server experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Jira, Bitbucket, and Bamboo.
- Experience using GitHub Copilot effectively in a development workflow.
- Strong communication, collaboration, ownership, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Prior securities lending, securities finance, or related product experience is preferred.
- Exposure to Java and/or Python is preferred.
- Familiarity with Airflow, Snowflake, and AWS QuickSight is preferred.
