Responsibilities

Own high-level and low-level solution designs for sprint and release increments, including data flows, integration sequencing, performance, scalability, and security requirements.
Define implementation patterns for RAG pipelines, prompt and agent orchestration, and model integration through APIs.
Collaborate with data science and ML engineering teams during implementation and participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and architecture synchronization.
Translate product and program roadmaps into detailed architecture specifications for commercial digital solutions.
Define architecture patterns for GenAI and LLM-based solutions, including RAG, agentic workflows, and model orchestration.
Architect integrations between commercial systems and enterprise data platforms or data lakes for analytics and AI consumption.
Lead vendor evaluations, proofs of concept, RFPs, build-versus-buy decisions, total-cost-of-ownership analysis, and exit-strategy analysis.
Present designs to Architecture Review Boards and ensure formal governance sign-off.
Collaborate with enterprise and solution architects and translate complex technical concepts for business and non-technical stakeholders.
Track emerging technologies and support innovation across the organization.

Hands-on experience architecting multi-step agentic AI workflows, including agent-to-agent orchestration, context and memory management, and integration of LLM reasoning with enterprise data sources and APIs.
Experience evaluating vendor and open-source agentic AI platforms for reliability, hallucination risk, tool-call accuracy, cost per task, and observability.
At least 8 to 10 years of experience in digital technology, software development, or implementation, with a focus on architecture and design.
Working knowledge of commercial CPG platforms such as CRM, Trade Promotion Management, and Revenue Growth Management, plus API integration and ERP systems.
Hands-on experience designing and building solutions on Azure and Google Cloud, with knowledge of data analytics and machine learning concepts.
Proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar commercial-domain role.
Practical experience with at least one AI/ML implementation pattern in production.
Proficiency in software development methodologies, architectural patterns, and best practices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder collaboration, and prioritization skills.
Ability to build productive relationships with business leaders, digital technology associates, and project leaders.
