- Diagnose and resolve implementation issues as a Tier 3 point of contact.
- Guide clients through treasury best practices and modernize legacy processes.
- Configure the platform to align with the strategic vision.
- Facilitate training sessions to empower users and maximize ROI.
Requirements
- 3+ years of expert-level proficiency in SQL.
- Experience navigating complex software ecosystems and understanding data flows.
- Familiarity with AI tools to enhance coding velocity.
- 3+ years of experience in client-facing solution consulting or software implementations.
- Deep knowledge of cash management, payments, risk, or hedge accounting.
- Comfortable discussing financial topics with Corporate Treasury and Accounting teams.
- Consultative mindset with a focus on challenging the status quo.
- Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts to financial language.
- Passion for diagnosing root causes of issues.
