Responsibilities
- Design and implement features using C#, .NET MVC, REST APIs, and message-broker-based microservices.
- Collaborate with technical leads and developers on product direction and Agile Scrum delivery.
- Develop software that models, analyzes, and optimizes production equipment.
- Implement libraries that communicate with and control oilfield equipment.
- Work with databases, Docker containers, IoT protocols, messaging technologies, and DevOps tools.
Requirements
- At least four years of professional experience, including at least three years developing .NET applications.
- Experience with layered architectures such as MVP, MVC, or MVVM.
- Experience with relational database development using SQL Server or similar, including hands-on RDBMS experience with SQL Server or Oracle.
- Strong C# programming skills and experience with Docker containers.
- Experience with IoT protocols and frameworks such as MQTT and AMQP.
- Experience with message queues such as RabbitMQ or ActiveMQ.
- Experience with team-based software processes, Agile Scrum, pull requests, and source control.
- Hands-on DevOps experience and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Preferred experience with MongoDB, InfluxDB, React, or the oil and gas business domain.
