Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and customize SAP MII applications to meet business and application requirements.
- Develop SAP MII transactions and integrations with other enterprise systems.
- Handle critical production incidents, perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide timely solutions in accordance with SLAs.
- Deliver application projects and enhancements within project timelines.
- Act as a subject matter expert, contribute to team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Lead application design and functionality improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications into the broader technology ecosystem.
- Share knowledge and mentor team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with SAP Manufacturing Integration & Intelligence (MII).
- Strong experience in application design and development in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Proficiency configuring and customizing SAP MII applications for complex business requirements.
- Experience with integration techniques and data exchange between SAP MII and other enterprise systems.
- Experience with incident management, production support, project delivery, enhancement delivery, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Hands-on understanding of SAP MII transactions, integrations, and technical troubleshooting.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and deliver software solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Knowledge of SAP UI5 is an added advantage.
