Base Salary
$332k - $421k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect a path for incorporating every autonomous mile into a self-improvement loop.
- Enable a data flywheel for scalable pre-training and post-training.
- Facilitate a modeling flywheel for efficient data consumption and model generation.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to enhance the impact of driving data.
- Act as steward of data quality with tools and metrics for evaluation.
- Articulate strategy for incorporating diverse data sources into the flywheel.
- Drive innovation across performance, scalability, and engineering velocity.
Requirements
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in ML model development, with 2+ years in large-scale foundation model development.
- 6+ years of experience in ML-driven production systems.
- 6+ years of experience in a technical leadership role in ML Engineering.
- Expertise in large-scale machine learning components: pre-training, post-training, and validation.
- Track record of architecting a machine learning flywheel at scale.
- Experience in driving model quality improvements through data scaling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
