Responsibilities
- Architect and own end-to-end integrations across Salesforce, Snowflake/BigQuery, Slack, and finance systems.
- Define and enforce integration patterns and API standards across the GTM stack.
- Lead incident response and root-cause analysis for integration failures.
- Partner with Revenue Operations to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Evaluate third-party connectors and middleware against build-vs-buy criteria.
- Design and ship internal applications to replace SaaS solutions.
- Establish internal development practices including code standards and CI/CD.
- Leverage AI capabilities to accelerate internal tool development.
- Maintain a deprecation roadmap tied to SaaS spend reduction targets.
- Set the technical direction for data sharing among GTM systems.
- Conduct design reviews and provide architectural guidance.
- Identify and remediate technical debt proactively.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience focused on systems integration.
- Expert-level Python programming skills.
- Deep experience with Salesforce and at least one cloud data warehouse.
- Proven track record in building internal tooling to reduce SaaS reliance.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, API design, and ETL/ELT patterns.
- Experience integrating billing or finance systems.
- Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous environments.
- Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with GTM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
