Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain SAP Fieldglass or Beeline applications, including workflows, approvals, notifications, dashboards, and business rules.
- Develop, test, configure, and deploy application fixes and version updates.
- Integrate applications with ERP, HR, and data-lake systems using technologies such as Dell Boomi and APIs.
- Support Agile product-analysis activities, including backlog refinement, user-story definition, functional requirements, and testing acceptance criteria.
- Provide application support, respond to user requests, and review, analyze, and prioritize incident tickets.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, business partners, and vendors to align configurations with standards and project goals.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience; the role typically reflects 8 or more years of relevant experience.
- Good understanding of contingent staffing lifecycle, statements of work, and labor tracking.
- Hands-on experience with Beeline or SAP Fieldglass workflows, approvals, notifications, dashboards, and business rules.
- Experience integrating applications with ECC, S/4, SAP SuccessFactors/SAP SF/EC, and data lakes using integration technologies such as Dell Boomi.
- Exposure to APIs and familiarity with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Fieldglass, and Beeline.
- Experience serving as a product analyst within Agile teams and supporting functional requirements and testing acceptance criteria.
