Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, implementation, and delivery.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with teams on technical decisions.
- Establish development standards and best practices for software quality and efficiency.
- Ensure solutions meet quality, scalability, performance, and business requirements.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely solutions.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate software components.
- Mentor team members and support their professional growth.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines and business requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of professional experience is required.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting is stated in the additional requirements.
- Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting, SAP Vendor Invoice Management, SAP FI CO Finance, SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance, SAP Ariba Central Invoice Management, and OpenText VIM is required.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes and their integration with enterprise resource planning systems is required.
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable architectures for financial modules is required.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and quality assurance practices is required.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration across technical and business teams are required.
- A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
