Responsibilities
- Lead technical outcomes for a team of engineers, providing mentorship and support.

- Drive execution of key data initiatives from planning to delivery.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in building and operating data systems and leading teams.
- Strong engineering background with experience in writing and debugging data pipelines.
- Inquisitive nature to resolve data quality issues.
- Knowledge of a backend development language and strong SQL experience.
- Extreme customer focus and effective cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment with high autonomy.
