Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java 17+ and Spring Boot.
- Build secure, reliable RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Develop and enhance user interfaces using Angular 17+/19+ and TypeScript.
- Design data persistence solutions using JPA/Hibernate with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Implement event-driven architectures and messaging solutions using Kafka and enterprise messaging technologies.
- Containerize applications with Docker and support CI/CD-driven deployment processes.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, developers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to solution architecture, technical design decisions, AI-enabled development initiatives, modernization, and continuous improvement.
- Lead technical initiatives, mentor developers, and drive engineering best practices.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience developing enterprise applications with Java 17+.
- Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot, microservices, REST API development, JPA, and Hibernate.
- Experience developing modern front-end applications with Angular 17+/19+ and TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and scalable application design.
- Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, database design, query optimization, performance tuning, stored procedures, and indexing strategies.
- Experience with Kafka, MQ, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with Docker, Git, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration platforms such as Camunda.
- Experience building and consuming REST and SOAP APIs.
- Preferred experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform; NoSQL databases; cloud-native architectures; automated and integration testing; AI-driven applications; and DevOps or SRE practices.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, analytical, and technical leadership skills.
