Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions for the Enterprise Onboarding platform.
- Develop AI-enabled capabilities using large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, model APIs, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with architects, engineers, product partners, and operations teams.
- Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and Agile delivery activities.
- Support production operations through observability, resiliency, production readiness, incident response, and documentation.
- Use automation, AI-assisted development tools, and CI/CD pipelines to improve software quality and delivery efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of software development experience.
- Experience designing, developing, and supporting reliable, scalable production applications.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems development.
- Experience with relational databases, data modeling, application performance optimization, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies.
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures, Kafka, MQ, and large-scale data processing environments.
- Experience with software testing, source code management, release management, production support, and Agile development teams.
- Foundational knowledge of generative AI and machine learning technologies, including LLMs, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation context management, and model APIs.
- Python or other scripting-language experience is preferred.
- Experience in financial services or another regulated industry is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
