Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of quality engineers through multidisciplinary planning and ecosystem integration.
- Develop and implement end-to-end testing and test automation strategies using Selenium.
- Define and monitor testing metrics covering test execution, defect resolution, and process effectiveness.
- Analyze test results and troubleshoot quality issues across the application lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate communication between cross-functional teams.
- Make team decisions and provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Selenium.
- Proficiency in Selenium and strong knowledge of related automated testing frameworks and tools.
- Experience designing and implementing end-to-end test automation strategies.
- Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and quality assurance best practices.
- 15 years of full-time education.
