Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design and delivery while maintaining development standards and code quality.
- Lead and mentor team members and support junior professionals through guidance and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software components.
- Evaluate and improve development processes for greater efficiency and quality.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Contribute to team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in SAP Fiori/Gateway architecture.
- Proficiency in SAP Fiori/Gateway architecture, including related software design principles and architectural patterns.
- Experience managing and optimizing custom software solutions for scalability and performance.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools within SAP environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
