Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive Oracle HCM solutions across Oracle Integration Cloud, Core HR, Benefits, and other HCM modules.
- Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, customization, integration, migration, testing, upgrade, and support activities for Oracle HCM and PeopleSoft.
- Configure benefit plans, eligibility profiles, rates, enrollment rules, flex fields, user-defined tables, value sets, and related HCM functionality.
- Manage integrations with PeopleSoft, third-party systems, insurance carriers, retirement providers, payroll providers, and other enterprise systems.
- Develop and maintain reports using OTBI and BIP for benefits enrollment, eligibility, and compliance.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, training, and subject matter expertise to implementation teams, business stakeholders, end users, and technical teams.
- Perform proofs of concept, troubleshoot implementation issues, optimize processes, and maintain configuration and deployment documentation.
- Ensure solutions meet applicable regulatory, security, data integrity, and quality requirements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of overall experience with HCM/HR solutions using Oracle and PeopleSoft.
- Proven experience as an Oracle HCM Lead with strong Oracle Integration Cloud and Core HR expertise.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits, PeopleSoft integration, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, HDL, spreadsheet loader, functional configuration manager, user-defined tables, and value sets.
- Experience with conversion, data migration, third-party integrations, system testing, troubleshooting, upgrades, patches, and new feature implementations.
- Experience developing OTBI and BIP reports and using Oracle Integration Cloud or other middleware tools.
- Experience with VBCS, Redwood, and understanding of Agentic AI.
- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and implementation methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, independent-work, and multitasking abilities.
