Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and integrate custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Design and implement scalable, high-performing software using modern development frameworks.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and business decisions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and manage team execution.
- Lead coordination of project activities to align with business goals and technical standards.
- Perform performance tuning, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and provide effective resolutions.
- Mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement in software development processes and productivity.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience is required, including at least 12 years with SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).
- Proficiency in SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) is required.
- Strong experience designing and implementing custom software solutions with modern development frameworks.
- Ability to work in agile environments and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Experience integrating software components across diverse systems.
- Competence in performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting complex software issues.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
