Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and deploy full-stack applications aligned with business needs.
- Write maintainable front-end and back-end code and contribute directly to core project deliverables.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, architecture decisions, and technology strategy.
- Improve the software development lifecycle through automation, modern engineering practices, and intelligent tooling.
- Collaborate with product, operations, security, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior developers through pairing, code reviews, technical leadership, and knowledge sharing.
- Help ensure applications meet security, compliance, performance, and reliability standards.
- Support project timelines and deliverables while remaining hands-on in technical execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in full-stack software development, including extensive hands-on development experience.
- Strong proficiency with modern front-end frameworks and back-end technologies.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and modern software development lifecycle processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, contribute directly to code, and deliver production-ready software.
- Experience with or strong interest in AI-assisted development tools, automation, and engineering productivity practices.
- Finance domain experience is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, ownership, and execution skills.
