Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, and SharePoint Online.
- Build and maintain Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service CRM solutions, including configurations, customizations, workflows, plugins, business rules, and security roles.
- Design and deliver Copilot Studio conversational agents and automations using prompt design, knowledge grounding, Dataverse, and enterprise data sources.
- Develop Power BI dashboards and reports and optimize data models for performance and scalability.
- Create custom connectors and integrate external systems and APIs, extending solutions with Azure Functions and Logic Apps when required.
- Manage solution ALM, including managed solutions, environment strategy, packaging, deployment pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Collaborate with QA on test strategies, scenarios, user validation, troubleshooting, and post-deployment support.
- Provide recommendations on Power Platform, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure OpenAI capabilities.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Delivery Leads, Product Owners, QA, project managers, stakeholders, and external suppliers in a cross-functional pod.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- At least five years of experience delivering technology projects in a hands-on technical role with full-lifecycle implementations.
- Extensive experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power BI.
- Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service, including workflows, actions, customizations, configurations, security roles, and scripting.
- Understanding of Dataverse security, data connectors, platform limits, and Power Platform licensing.
- Experience with solution ALM, managed solutions, environment strategy, and Azure DevOps or GitHub pipelines.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, HTML/CSS, and API integration.
- Hands-on experience building agents and automations in Copilot Studio is preferred.
- Preferred AI experience includes prompt design, retrieval-augmented generation, knowledge grounding, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI services, AI Builder, and responsible AI practices.
- Preferred additional experience includes plugins, custom workflows, custom connectors, virtual tables, Power Pages, XrmToolBox, KingswaySoft, SQL, and banking data integrations.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, English fluency, and legal eligibility to work in Canada are required.
