Responsibilities
- Lead integration projects from initiation to completion while managing timelines and milestones.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and requirements with clients.
- Assess client systems and design effective integration solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions throughout implementation.
- Advise clients on effective use of MaintainX Open REST APIs.
- Create and present actionable integration plans covering the full integration process.
- Serve as the primary client contact and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Train client personnel to use integrated systems effectively.
- Coordinate customer needs with MaintainX Integration, Engineering, and Product teams.
- Translate client requirements with Sales Engineers, Solution Architects, and Integration Developers.
- Communicate requirements to third-party solution integrators and manage related projects.
Requirements
- Experience in technical consulting, such as solutions architecture, sales engineering, product management, or software development.
- Ability to organize and consolidate customer data from various formats and source applications.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, APIs, and data transformation.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong detail orientation, process management, critical thinking, and client-facing communication skills.
- Experience with integration tools such as Workato, Boomi, Tray.io, and/or Zapier.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or Sage is preferred.
- Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of IoT sensors, historians, SCADA, PLCs, and Industry 4.0 technologies is preferred.
