Responsibilities
- Design and implement test strategies for mobile applications covering functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Appium and Cucumber with BDD practices.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to define acceptance criteria and integrate testing into Agile workflows.
- Manage test data for mobile application testing scenarios.
- Conduct API, UI, and integration testing using Postman, SoapUI, and Android Studio.
- Track and report defects using Zephyr.
- Promote TDD and BDD practices and optimize testing processes, tools, and frameworks.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in quality engineering, including hands-on testing of mobile applications.
- Experience with mobile test data management, Postman, Cucumber, Android Studio, SoapUI, Appium, and Zephyr.
- Knowledge of TDD, BDD, and mobile device testing.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- ISTQB Foundation Level certification or equivalent software testing certification.
- Certification in mobile application testing or automation tools such as Appium is desired.
- Preferred qualifications include mobile performance testing, CI/CD pipeline integration, mobile application security testing, iOS testing frameworks, and test automation framework optimization.
