Responsibilities
- Build, validate, maintain, and continuously improve production-ready software using AI-native engineering practices.
- Guide engineering teams on architecture, software design patterns, best practices, and technology choices.
- Oversee projects from concept through production and drive successful product delivery.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and foster continuous learning.
- Set technical direction, make high-stakes decisions, and lead product vision execution with engineering teams.
- Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Drive innovation and translate LLM, automation, and AI modernization initiatives into business and productivity impact.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in .NET full-stack development.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Expertise in multiple programming languages, including .NET, and strong knowledge of software design patterns and principles.
- Deep knowledge of AWS or other cloud platforms such as Azure or Google Cloud.
- Extensive experience designing, developing, and maintaining SaaS applications.
- Proficiency with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes and infrastructure as code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, and data architecture, plus an understanding of security best practices and frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams, set technical direction, and lead complex large-scale projects.
- Experience with cloud, DevOps, or AI modernization initiatives and a strong understanding of LLMs, automation, and engineering toolchains.
- Strong communication, analytical, organizational, presentation, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
