Base Salary
$150k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical presales activities, including customer discovery sessions, workshops, presentations, demonstrations, and prototype development.
- Define, create, and showcase solution prototypes with business users.
- Build and present customized demos for customers, trade shows, and webinars.
- Communicate the business value of the Sigma platform to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Provide product, technical, and security responses to RFPs and RFIs.
- Advise customers on integration, data migration, data lifecycle, and analytics strategies.
- Manage multiple customer engagements concurrently and meet assigned quarterly and annual objectives.
- Develop expertise in Sigma products, technologies, and relevant certifications while collaborating with Sales, Business Development, Product Management, Customer Success, and Support.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of analytics, business intelligence, or sales engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytics field, or equivalent technical and business experience.
- Strong understanding of database concepts and advanced spreadsheet concepts.
- Experience with Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery cloud data warehouses.
- Experience implementing production business intelligence solutions or proof of concepts.
- Customer relationship, organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Preferred experience with SaaS companies, cloud architectures, data analytics use cases, startups, and ETL tools such as Fivetran or Matillion.
