Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, customize, and enhance applications to meet business and application requirements.
- Develop Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP/Salesforce Data/Data 360 integrations and data models.
- Create segments, activations, and calculated insights.
- Analyze user requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design software solutions.
- Conduct testing and debugging to ensure application functionality and performance.
- Provide technical support and resolve application issues and bugs.
- Participate in team discussions, contribute solutions, and independently perform work toward becoming a subject matter expert.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, CDP, Salesforce Data, or Data 360.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP/Salesforce Data/Data 360.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud integrations, data streams, and data model design.
- Experience creating segments, activations, and calculated insights.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
- Experience designing and building applications to meet business requirements.
- Knowledge of database management systems and SQL.
- Salesforce development, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and data analysis or visualization experience are preferred.
