Responsibilities

  • Prototype Agentforce ideas to validate solutions, expose platform gaps, and reduce first-of-kind implementation risks.
  • Build reference implementations, starter kits, demos, field kits, and evaluation harnesses that partners can extend and deploy.
  • Convert field lessons into reusable code, diagrams, checklists, decision trees, implementation notes, and architecture guidance.
  • Review partner architectures for agent design, retrieval strategy, tooling, guardrails, observability, cost, security, and production readiness.
  • Coach Partner FDEs and architects through design clinics, office hours, portfolio reviews, and technical walkthroughs.
  • Translate recurring field blockers into product and engineering feedback and connect architecture choices to delivery quality, customer outcomes, and consumption economics.

Requirements

  • Experience shipping or seriously prototyping real software, agents, automations, internal tools, or technical demos, with demonstrable work such as repositories, demo applications, notebooks, architecture documents, evaluation harnesses, or equivalent artifacts.
  • Experience building with LLMs, agents, RAG, tool use, workflow orchestration, or automation systems.
  • Ability to reason about multi-agent, human-in-the-loop, and enterprise integration patterns and debug traces, logs, failure modes, tool calls, context, data, latency, and user-experience issues.
  • Practical understanding of prompt design, retrieval quality, evaluation, hallucination risk, guardrails, and cost/performance trade-offs.
  • Ability to communicate with engineers, architects, product teams, partner leaders, and executive stakeholders while applying strong enterprise systems and product judgment.
  • Comfort working in regulated or complex enterprise environments where governance, trust, and delivery risk matter.
  • Preferred experience with Salesforce, Agentforce, Data Cloud, Apex, Flow, LWC, MuleSoft, or multi-cloud architecture.
  • Salesforce certifications, system-integrator or partner delivery experience, published technical work, technical review frameworks, maturity models, production-readiness scorecards, or familiarity with agent cost modeling and TCO are preferred.

Benefits

  • Salesforce states that its benefits and resources support balance and personal well-being.
  • Salesforce is an equal-opportunity employer and provides reasonable accommodations during the application and recruiting process.
